Turning Customer Data into Personal Connections
KPT wanted to rethink customer loyalty by using AI to automatically generate personalised videos for more than 10,000 customers. Instead of sending generic CRM communication, the Loyalty Language Model analyses customer data and creates an individual video for each person — making customer communication more relevant, personal and human. The technology behind it was highly complex; the challenge was to make all of that complexity easy to grasp — and compelling enough to make people care.
Turning Tech into a Story
I took on the art direction for the entire case presentation, translating a complex AI-powered CRM system into a visual language that felt clear, engaging and distinctive. I developed the aesthetic, built the storyboard and shaped the narrative — finding ways to make the technology tangible without stripping away its complexity. The goal was to give the exceptional work of the tech team the stage it deserved: making sophisticated technology feel accessible, compelling and visually irresistible, while still communicating the depth of what was happening under the hood.
Bringing the Idea to Life
From the overall visual system to the motion and pacing, I directed the presentation as one coherent experience and supervised the motion designer throughout production. The result was a case that didn’t just explain the technology, but made you want to understand it. The work went on to win Silver at Best of Swiss Web.
